Leonard Segel
Leonard’s education and professional career have given him close connections to some of the 20th century’s greatest architects. He has gleaned that architecture is both focused and kaleidoscopic. Over the years he has become a skilled conceptual designer and advocate for communities, specializing in the design of affordable housing, senior housing, assisted living, multifamily residential, commercial office, and education facilities. His experience varies from single buildings to master planning entire communities.
In addition to his architecture work, Len has been on the board of organizations like the Urban Land Institute, the Museum of Boulder, Golden West senior living, DOCOMOMO Colorado, and Historic Boulder Inc. – a preservation organization, where he also serves as the Executive Director.
